These booking conditions define the main rules applicable to booking requests and stays offered via the Langres.immo website.

The website presents short-term furnished accommodation located in Langres and the surrounding area.

2. Booking via third-party platforms

The website may redirect the user to a third-party booking platform, including Smoobu or Booking.

When the booking is completed on a third-party platform, the final booking, payment, cancellation and data management conditions are those displayed on the platform concerned at the time of booking.

Langres.immo does not replace the contractual conditions specific to these platforms when the booking is made there.

3. Accommodation information

Descriptions, photographs, amenities, capacity and prices shown on the website are provided for information purposes.

The publisher makes every effort to keep this information up to date, but changes may occur. Information confirmed at the time of booking prevails.

4. Prices and tourist tax

Prices displayed may vary depending on dates, length of stay, number of guests, platform used and any service fees.

5. Payment

Payment terms depend on the booking channel used.

If the booking is made via Smoobu, Booking or another platform, payment is made according to the methods and conditions offered by that platform.

If direct booking is offered later, payment terms will be specified before booking confirmation.

6. Cancellation and modification

Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the booking channel used and the rate selected by the traveller.

In case of booking via a third-party platform, the user must consult the conditions displayed on the platform at the time of booking.

7. Arrival and departure

Indicative times:

Arrival instructions are sent to the traveller after booking confirmation, depending on the channel used.

8. Deposit and accommodation condition

A deposit may be requested depending on the accommodation or booking platform used.

The traveller undertakes to respect the accommodation, the equipment provided and the neighbourhood.

9. House rules

The traveller must respect the house rules communicated before or during the stay.

10. Traveller liability

The traveller is responsible for damage caused to the accommodation, furniture, equipment or common areas during the stay, except for normal wear and tear or circumstances not attributable to the traveller.

Any damage must be reported as soon as possible.

11. Disputes

In the event of difficulty, the traveller is invited to contact the website publisher in order to seek an amicable solution.
